Account Access Credentials The login username and password provided by the Company that enable you to sign in and access your WebApp account.
Party / Parties The Company and the Customer individually and collectively, as applicable.
Personal Information / Personally Identifiable Information Any information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, either alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual, as per the privacy laws and regulations of the United States.
Subscription Fee The monthly fee payable by a Customer during the Subscription Term.
Subscription Term The initial one-year period of the subscription (‘initial term’), and it includes each subsequent renewal term, with each renewal term being the same length as the initial term.
Early Cancellation The cancellation of the subscription by the Customer before the end of the Subscription Term, excluding cancellations made within the applicable Cancellation Notice Period (defined in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions) to prevent automatic renewal.
Customer / User / You / Your Refers to an individual or the legal entity such individual represents that purchases a WebApp subscription, accesses or uses the Service provided by the Company.

3. What Personal Information do we collect?

We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit the WebApp or the Website, subscribe to email updates, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available through the Service.
